Today taught me that I may be onto something with my future goal of creating/being a part of a leadership consulting organization. Since I graduated, I was given a project by a mentor/friend to create and plan an orientation leader training curriculum. This week, I had more time on my hands than usual and I was able to give it my everything. Today I put together the end result. All of my hard work in a white binder, a pocket folder, and a ziplock bag. It looked good and I received great feedback. Honestly, this project is just what I needed. Especially this week.
I look forward to hearing how the training goes. I wish I could see it in action, but if I want to consult in the future I will have to get used to setting others up for success, walking away, and trusting the process...
