Just.Do.Something.

Today taught me how much I've missed running.

I am happier when I run. I like to run. I feel good when I get out and exercise.

Research says exercise is powerful and I can feel it.

Just do it. Get up and do something!

  1. I feel exactly the same! I've been going to the rec here at TCU and am much happier, have to make sure to keep it in my schedule even when I get busy during the year!
